Service Description
Breathwork and meditation can help flip your stress switch to 'OFF' by inducing the relaxation response and transporting body and mind into your rest, digest and recovery mode; the parasympathetic nervous system. Coupling these techniques with cold water therapy are two-fold, allowing an abundance of benefits. Stimulating your immune system, recovery and regeneration, reducing inflammation, enhancing quality and quantity of sleep, improving mental, psychological and emotional clarity and alleviating the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Join me and let the sea set you free with this guided breathwork and meditation session. I will also give a brief talk on the health benefits and science behind cold water therapy and why it has such a positive impact on the mind and body. On the day please bring something comfortable to sit on, a change of clothes and something warm to drink afterwards.
